Non-Refundable Booking Fee

Secure your event date with a $250 non‑refundable booking fee. This fee reserves your selected date and will be applied toward your remaining balance.

Important Details:

• Booking fee is non‑refundable under all circumstances. Any cancellation by the client results in full forfeiture of the fee.

• Date availability must be confirmed with us before submitting your booking fee. Clients are responsible for contacting us to ensure the date is open.

• One reschedule is allowed. A reserved date may be rescheduled one time only. If a second reschedule is needed, a new booking fee will be required, and the original fee will be forfeited.

• Remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

Submitting the booking fee indicates your agreement to these terms and officially secures your date once availability is confirmed.
