Return & Refund Policy

No Returns As we do not sell physical products, all sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Deposits All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment Payment must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the scheduled event date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of the event: A 50% refund will be issued on payments made (excluding the deposit, which remains non-refundable).
• Cancellation after the 10-day mark (less than 10 days before the event): No refund will be issued.
• Cancellation after full payment is made but outside the above windows: A partial refund may be issued in accordance with the terms above.

Please note: The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
